Pre-Trip Planning Support
For longer routes and executive day travel, Big Bend can help structure the trip in advance with timing, optional stop windows, and route-aware planning based on your schedule. When appropriate, planned transportation details may include optional rest, coffee, or meal breaks so the trip stays smooth without unnecessary back-and-forth during travel.
**Available for select pre-arranged bookings traveling between Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, and other Florida routes.**
Concierge-level support is available by private arrangement for select executive and institutional clients and is not offered as a standalone public service. These services are structured case-by-case to support pre-arranged transportation and are discussed privately with qualified clients
